Upscale clean hotel and staff was accommodating and exceptionally nice. We booked a spacious room with very updated bathroom as well as microwave. The venue's location was central, convenient to expressways airports. Further, it was next to the nearby stores and the train station and interstate 294 Cicero avenue.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

It was a nice place to stay, the pricing was good, it's in a good location, connected to other small cities. Even though I am not from Illinois I found it was pretty easy to find my way from one location to another.

The lobby was really clean and smelled great! We appreciated the friendly staff who greeted us. The on-site restaurant was fantastic, and we loved the indoor swimming pool. Definitely a thumbs up for the military discount too!

The location was good and amazing - near restaurant, Alsip, near Chicago Midway, and Chicago. Units with fridge and microwave. In general the service was excellent.
The bathroom was not clean.

The indoor swimming pool was fantastic! I loved every moment. The staff was super friendly and the room was comfy, but I wish there was a mini fridge available. A great stay 😊

The staff at the front desk. The King Room I stayed in was beautifully designed. I particularly appreciated how clean the room was.
The only issue I encountered was that I found the shower pressure to be lower than expected.

Family trip, worth it for the experience
The pool area was really nice and clean. The staff were on it with fresh towels. The king room was spacious and quiet, essential when you got a family with kids.
It wasn't cheap, but I feel it was still acceptable for what we got.
